pano date resolver

find out the exact time when a given pano with an accuracy of up to 2 seconds.

for the most part, this tool only works with the most recent pano, but recent google updates have also made it possible for it to be used with some older imagery. as of now, i don't know what decides when old panos work, so it is best to just try and see, i suppose.
